Born in 1977 in Essen, Germany, designing as well as analytical thinking always came easy to me. After an interest in studying art and a short period of studying engineering, I first decided to train as a media designer in the dual system, and then to become a vocational school teacher for design. While studying, I founded my first company with Sascha Postner, polimehr.de, who still runs it successfully.

2008-2022 I went to the state vocational school for media in Hamburg, where I was able to combine, expand, systematise and apply many of my skills.
My basic attitude in dealing with people, non-judgmental, emphatic and constructive, made me a recognised teacher with a focus on design. But my minor subjects of politics and economics are also passions.

Since August 2022 I am now with my family in Uruguay and am happy about the regained mobility of independence.
